PM Urges Talk Show Participants to Follow Truth and Justice

Prime Minister and BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman held an exchange of views with party leaders who participate in talk shows on various media outlets. The meeting was held at the BNP chairman’s office in Gulshan, Dhaka, on Friday.

During the meeting, the Prime Minister gave the leaders guidelines to follow the path of truth, decency and justice while representing the party on talk shows. Professor Dr Moudud Alamgir Pavel, convener of the BNP Media Cell, chaired the meeting. Prime Minister Tarique Rahman attended it as the chief guest.

BNP Acting Secretary General Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi, Chief Whip and BNP Vice-Chairman Nurul Islam Moni, BNP Chairman’s Advisers Syed Moazzem Hossain Alal and Habibur Rahman Habib, BNP Joint Secretaries General Habib-un-Nabi Khan Sohel and Syed Emran Saleh Prince, State Minister for Land and Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs Mir Mohammad Helal Uddin, MPs Shahidul Islam Babul and Azizul Bari Helal, reserved women’s seat MP Mahmuda Habiba, BNP Executive Committee member Advocate Rafique Shikdar, BNP Media Cell member Shairul Kabir Khan, BNP leader Advocate Syed Ehsanul Huda and others attended the meeting.

Speaking about the meeting, BNP Executive Committee member Advocate Rafique Shikdar said, “Prime Minister Tarique Rahman attended the meeting as the chief guest, chaired by Dr Moudud Ahmed Alamgir. He gave us guidance to follow the path of truth, beauty and justice.”
