Question: If someone performs ghusl by fulfilling its three obligatory requirements, is a separate wudu necessary before offering prayers? Is it true that wudu is not required separately after ghusl?

Answer: Yes, this is correct. A separate wudu is not required after performing fard ghusl because ghusl includes all the necessary requirements of wudu. Therefore, a person can offer prayers directly after completing obligatory ghusl without performing wudu separately.
