Regarding Caring for Ailing Parents While Living Away due to work

Question: I work in a garment factory. Both of my parents are sick and live in my village. I am considering leaving my job to care for them. But without a job, it will be difficult for me to support my family. What should I do?
Answer: Working away from home to support your parents is also a form of service. It is difficult to provide proper care without financial support. You should make alternative arrangements for their care while continuing your job. You can visit them and care for them personally during holidays and factory closures. If you can live near your parents without a job, you may also serve them by staying close to them.
