Good Deeds Transform Human Life, Says Sarsina Pir

Good deeds bring success not only in the afterlife but also make worldly life beautiful, disciplined, and meaningful, said Alhajj Hazrat Maulana Shah Abu Nasar Nesharuddin Ahmad Hossain, Pir of Sarsina Darbar Sharif. He urged individuals to prioritize righteousness, good character, and God-fearing devotion in every aspect of life.

He made the remarks as the chief guest at an Isaal-e-Sawab, religious sermon, and prayer gathering organized by the Sarsina Darussunnat Society (SDS) Malaysia at Surautul Hijra in Klang Jaya on Saturday.

The Pir of Sarsina stated that meaningful personal change occurs when individuals endeavor to rectify their deeds and character. A believer purifies themselves through prayer, adherence to the Holy Quran and Sunnah, mindfulness of halal and haram, honoring the rights of others, and engaging in righteous actions. He emphasized that a believer’s duty extends beyond listening to good counsel to actively implementing it in daily life.

Addressing modern challenges, he noted that technology and consumer culture are rapidly altering lifestyles. In this context, strengthening righteous deeds and Islamic values is essential to protect families, society, and future generations from moral decay.

He further remarked that social transformation cannot occur without personal reformation. If every individual refines their life through good deeds and noble character, positive change will naturally spread from families to society at large.

The event was presided over by Md. Mofizur Rahman. Alhajj Hafez Maulana Mohammad Borhanuddin Salehi, a lecturer at Sarsina Darussunnat Kamil Madrasah, delivered a sermon as a guest speaker. Local worshippers and Bangladeshi expatriates attended the gathering, which concluded with a special prayer for the peace and welfare of the nation and the global Muslim community.
