Tafseer, Zikr, and Doa Mahfil Held at Rahmania Jainpuri Khanqa Sharif
Rahmania Jaunpuri Khanqa Sharif held a monthly tafsir, dhikr, and doa mahfil and formed an executive committee for ‘Shotter Dak’ made up of students from Dhaka University. The event took place last Thursday under the management of Rahmaniya Jaunpuri Khanqa Sharif at the Adarsha Islamic Mission Mahila Kamil (M.A.) Madrasah and Orphanage premises in Lalmatia, Mohammadpur, Dhaka. The monthly gathering featured tafsir, dhikr, milad, and doa, concluding with a final supplication (Akheri Munajat) offered by the Ameer of Shotter Dak, Hazrat Allama Syed Mahbubur Rahman Jaunpuri Pir Saheb.
Assistant Professor Maulana Mozammel Huq hosted the program at the madrasah complex. Pirzada Syed Mishkaatur Rahman Jaunpuri, Maulana Ekramul Huq Sharif, Maulana Hafez Abdul Awal, and Maulana Torikul Islam also delivered sermons. Milad and Naat were recited by Pirzada Syed Homaiyad Mabruk Jaunpuri. Alhajj Sheikh Zohir Ahmed (Tito), Kazi Mosharraf Hossain, and other devoted followers, Dhaka University students, and other attendees attended the mahfil.
After the mahfil, students from Dhaka University formed a central student committee for ‘Shotter Dak’, an organization dedicated to advocating truth and countering falsehood. Under this newly established central executive body, Mr. Mahmud was appointed President, Shakil General Secretary, Mr. Robiul Organizing Secretary, and Nasiruddin Sumon Advisor, alongside a seven-member executive council including Abdullah, Riyad, and Fahim. Finally, Hazrat Allama Syed Mahbubur Rahman Jaunpuri Pir Saheb conducted the final supplication, praying for the organization’s success, good governance, and the welfare of the nation.
