Regarding Fajr Prayer When Ghusl Is Obligatory and Time Is Insufficient

Question: If a person wakes up shortly before sunrise and finds that Ghusl has become obligatory, what should they do if taking a bath would leave too little time to perform the Fajr prayer before sunrise?

Answer: If Ghusl is obligatory, the person should perform Ghusl before offering the prayer. If the Fajr prayer time ends before the prayer can be performed, the missed obligatory prayer should be performed afterward.
