Grand Jashne Julus Held in Chittagong Today

To commemorate the glorious anniversary of Eid-e-Miladunnabi (PBUH), Chittagong hosted the historic Jashne Julus on Wednesday. The Anjuman-e-Rahmania Ahmadia Sunnia Trust was organizing the procession, which has been held every year since 1974 and is currently in its 55th year. Syed Muhammad Tayyeb Shah started the ritual, and Allama Syed Muhammad Sabir Shah led the procession this year. This year, Syed Akib Ahmad Shah was the special guest, while Syed Muhammad Qasem Shah was the main guest.
Alongside senior Trust executives, such as Secretary General Mohammad Anwar Hossain and Senior Vice President Mohammad Monjur Alam, thousands of devout Muslims participated in the parade. The procession started at 8:00 AM from the Alamgir Khanqah-e-Qaderia Syedia Tayyebia in Sholashahar and went through Bibirhat (left), Muradpur (right), Sholashahar, Gate No. 2, GEC Circle, Wasa, Lalkhan Bazar, and Tigerpass (right). It then went back the same way to meet at the Julus grounds next to the Jameya Ahmadia Sunnia Kamil Madrasa. At 12:00 PM, there was a large mahfil, followed by Munajat and Zuhr prayers.
Ahla Darbar: A mahfil was organised today in honour of Eid-e-Miladunnabi (PBUH) on the grounds of the Ahla Darbar in Boalkhali. Prominent Islamic thinkers spoke during the gathering. The Holy Quran, Hamd, Naat, Islamic ghazals, Darood, and Zikr majlis were all recited during the day’s program, which ended with an Akheri Munajat.
