Bangladesh Sends Relief Aid to Nepal Flood Victims

The Bangladesh government has taken an initiative to send relief supplies as humanitarian assistance to people affected by the recent devastating landslides and flash floods in Nepal.
The Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief said on Thursday that the assistance was being sent considering the urgent needs of the disaster-affected people in Nepal.
The relief supplies include tents, mosquito nets, packets of dry food, flashlights, shovels, sleeping bags, water containers and body bags, among other essential items.
Through this initiative, the Bangladesh government has expressed its commitment to stand by the disaster-hit people of Nepal with humanitarian assistance.
