PM Tarique Rahman Holds Meeting with Pakistan PM

A bilateral meeting was held between Bangladesh Prime Minister Tarique Rahman and Pakistan Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif during the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly.
The meeting took place on the 34th floor of the Secretariat Building at the UN headquarters. The two leaders discussed various aspects of bilateral relations between Bangladesh and Pakistan, as well as matters of mutual interest, regional and international developments, and potential areas of cooperation for the benefit of the people of both countries.
The two prime ministers emphasised advancing bilateral relations based on mutual respect, understanding and cooperation. They also stressed the importance of maintaining regular communication and dialogue on matters of common interest.
