New Ministers Pay Tribute at the Graves of Ziaur Rahman and Khaleda Zia
Newly appointed ministers paid tribute at the graves of BNP founder and former President Ziaur Rahman and former Prime Minister Khaleda Zia. They visited the graves at Zia Udyan in the capital on Saturday (August 22) and placed floral tributes. After paying their respects, they recited Sura-Fatiha and offered prayers for the departed leaders.
Those present included Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives Minister Dr. Abdul Moin Khan; Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister M. Rashiduzzaman Millat; Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs Minister Saching Prue Jerry; Information and Broadcasting Minister Barrister Andalee Rahman Partha; State Minister for Foreign Affairs Humayun Kabir; and Religious Affairs Minister Mohammad Shamim Kaiser Lincoln, among others.
