CHT Sampriti Jote Strongly Condemns the Murder of Former Air Force Officer Tanveer

‘CHT Sampriti Jote’ has expressed deep grief, severe anger, and strong protest over the brutal murder of former Air Force officer Tanveer Hassan Tasrif, who was associated with filming and circulating the video of Sheikh Hasina’s departure from the country.

In a statement issued on Thursday, the convener of the alliance, Engineer Thwai Ching Mong Chak, stated that a specific vested interest group has systematically engaged in targeted killings by creating a list of patriots who played a positive role in protecting the country’s sovereignty and supporting the July mass uprising. The brutal murder of Shaheed Tasrif is not an isolated incident; rather, it is part of a deep-rooted conspiracy to destroy the spirit of the July mass uprising and silence the defenders of sovereignty.

He further warned that if tough resistance is not built against this terrorist and conspiratorial group immediately, and if the pro-July forces fail to become aware and united in time, the brave fighters of the July movement will face even more severe and brutal killings in the coming days.
