US-Made Missile Identified in Iran Wedding Strike

The Iranian judiciary has claimed that the missile that hit a wedding party in the southern city of Sirik was made in the United States. Examination of the missile debris showed that it was made by the US defense equipment manufacturer Raytheon. According to the Iranian Red Crescent Society, four people were killed in a missile attack on a wedding ceremony in the city of Sirik last Tuesday.

“An identification number on the bomb used in the attack was checked in the US Defense Database. It was confirmed that the number is only assigned to Raytheon Company,” Hormozgan Province Chief Justice Mojtaba Ghahramani said in a statement on Saturday, according to the Fars News Agency.

Meanwhile, US Vice President JD Vance said that Washington has already launched an investigation into the attack. However, Raytheon authorities have not yet commented or responded to the allegations made by the Iranian judicial official.
