Praying Missed (Qaza) Prayers Between Tahajjud and the Fard of Fajr

Question: I try to wake up early at night, and I usually have enough time before Fajr. Can I perform my missed (Qaza) prayers before the mandatory (Farz) Fajr prayer? Also, is it permissible to perform Qaza prayers right after the Farz Fajr prayer?

Answer: Missed prayers can be offered before the Fajr prayer. However, no optional or missed prayers are permitted after the Farz Fajr prayer until the time for Ishraq begins. After that time, you may perform them.
