Regarding Cleaning Clothes or the Body of Semen

Question: Does semen come off just by washing with water?

Answer: Yes, it does. When it is wet, water alone can wash it off with ease. When it dries, it sometimes comes off by itself with a scratch of the nail. If it has soaked into the cloth, it washes away with the water as soon as the cloth gets wet.
