PM Tarique Rahman Inquires About Health of Missing JCD Leader Alamin’s Mother

Prime Minister Tarique Rahman has inquired about the health of Jesmin Begum, the ailing mother of Mohammad Alamin, a Jagannath University unit JCD leader who went missing from the capital’s Bashundhara Residential Area on December 4, 2013.

Jesmin Begum has been suffering from illness for a long time. After learning about her condition, BNP Chairman and chief patron of ‘Amra BNP Poribar’ Prime Minister Tarique Rahman instructed his Additional Press Secretary Atikur Rahman Rumon to inquire about her well-being.

Following the prime minister’s instructions, a delegation led by Krishibid Moksedul Momin Mithun, member secretary of ‘Amra BNP Poribar’, visited Alamin’s residence on Wednesday (September 16). The delegation inquired about Jesmin Begum’s health, discussed her treatment and conveyed the prime minister’s message of sympathy.

Prime Minister’s Deputy Press Secretary-1 Zahidul Islam Rony provided the information.

Members of the organization Masud Rana Liton and Shakil Ahmed, along with JCD leader Mashiur Rahman Mahan, were also present.
